How do I book an holiday?

HOW I ARRIVE IN THE ISLAND?

You can take a hydrofoil from Milazzo, Messina, Palermo, Napoli, Reggio Calabria. Ship from Milazzo and Napoli. Airport: Catania, Reggio Calabria and Palermo.

How do I move on the island?

It’s possible to move on the island by bus, scooter and bicycle

Can I visit the other islands?

Yes, you can make daily excursions with boat. You ask more informations at Reception

DO I NEED TO TAKE MY CAR TO LIPARI?

Preferably not. To know more see the Sbarco Autoveicoli. If you like, you can rent a car or scooter. The hotel is near to downtown. We have a free shuttle from/to the port only at the arrival and the departure. We have a free shuttle for Canneto Beach twice a day. 

 

CAN I BOOK A TRANSFER FROM CATANIA AIRPORT TO AKTEA HOTEL?

Yes, you can. Contact us 72 hours before your arrival 

HAS THE HOTEL A SHUTTLE FROM/TO PORT?

Yes, It has. The Hotel offers a free shuttle bus from/to the port is available only at the arrival and at departure from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This service is on demand and has to be booked at least 1 hour before the departure.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT?

We welcome you with a new look, a mask will cover our face but behind the mask our smile is as warm as ever.

To avoid staying at the reception as much as possible guests (all people who will be staying in the 

hotel) we will be asked to send copies of their passports/ID cards by email or whattsapp  within one day before arrival.

 We would appreciate also if  guests could announce  check out time in advance in order to avoid or reduce queues at the reception desk. 

BREAKFAST / RESTAURANT?

All our staff will wear masks to ensure their own safety and that of our guests.

Security distance will be guaranteed among guests and tables as required by the regulations.

To prioritize health and safety of our guests we adjusted our  traditional Breakfast Buffet opting  for an assisted serve Buffet, guests will be assisted by a waiter and breakfast  will be divided and served in two different Time shifts we ask just to respect the mark on the floor and the time of the shift. 

     For lunch/dinner a digital Menu it will available scanning a QR code on the mobile phone.

ROOMS?

All our staff will wear masks and gloves to ensure their own safety and that of our guests. We kindly ask our guests to open the window before leaving so that the room will be ventilated.  Extra pillows, blankets and minibar stored in the guest room will be removed and available upon guest request 


Defined Action Procedures
in Case of Suspected Contagion or Infection.

If the guests have a fever (over 37.5 °) flu symptoms or think they might be at risk of infection in our hotel they have to Call reception immediately. Our reception team will contact the Local Health Authorities on their behalf. If the guests call the Local Health Authorities themselves, we kindly ask to advise our reception team immediately. They must Stay in their hotel room and Avoid contact with other guests or employees.
